IOGS manufacture Integral type Drill Pipe Pup joints from AISI 4145H Mod Alloy steel confirming to requirements of API Spec 7-1 . ID is maintained as per the Tool Joint specification of Drill Pipe Grade and ppf. End Connections are machined in accordance to API Spec 7-2 , phosphated and protected with thread protectors.

Stabilizers

IOGS Manufactures Integral blade and Sleeve Type Stabilizers. Integral Blade Stabilizers are manufactured from AISI 4145H Mod Alloy steel confirming to requirements of API Spec 7-1 / Customer requirements, either in String or Nearbit configuration. Blades are spiral milled as per required wrap angle and number of blades. Hardfacing is done as per Customer requirements . End Connections are machined in accordance to API Spec 7-2 , phosphated and protected with thread protectors.
